By enrolling in our online and 12-month hands-on training programmes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Fees
- Enrolment in any programme requires full payment or an approved payment plan.
- Course fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
- For the 12-month hands-on training programme, a £500 non-refundable enrolment fee is required immediately upon selection.
- Domestic candidates may pay fees in three equal instalments spaced three months apart (at 0, 3, and 6 months).
- International candidates must pay 100% of the fees upon admission.
2. Programme Access and Duration
- Online programmes are accessed via our training platform and require a stable internet connection.
- The 12-month hands-on training will take place at designated locations, and attendance is mandatory to fulfil course requirements.
- Access to online materials is granted for the duration of the programme, plus an additional three months after completion.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations within 1 day of enrolment may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 1 day will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the course fee.
- For hands-on training:
- Cancellations within 45 days of the programme start date are not eligible for refunds.
- Once an offer letter is issued to a domestic candidate, the following refund policy applies:
- 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days of enrolment.
- No refund after 30 days.
- For international candidates, no refund will be issued once a visa letter has been issued.
- If a visa is refused by the Home Office, 50% of the fees will be refunded after 60 days of official refusal notice.
4. Conduct and participation
- Participants are expected to engage actively and respectfully during all sessions.
- Failure to comply with our code of conduct may result in removal from the programme without a refund.
5. Certification
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all programme requirements.
- Social Care Learning reserves the right to withhold certificates if the participant does not meet the stated criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials are the intellectual property of Social Care Learning.
- Reproducing or distributing these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Data may be shared with relevant regulatory bodies when required.
8. Liability
- Social Care Learning is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during participation in the programme.
- Technical issues related to our online platform should be reported immediately. However, we are not responsible for individual hardware or internet problems.
9. Changes to Programmes
- Social Care Learning reserves the right to modify programme content, schedules, or structure.
- Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
