At Social Care Learning, we aim to be as transparent and fair as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines your rights and our process for handling refund requests.
General Course Refunds (Online Training)
- Full refund available if cancellation is requested within 1 day of enrolment
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested after 1 day, to cover admin and platform costs
- No refunds issued once substantial course material has been accessed, except in exceptional cases (at our discretion)
Hands-On Training (In-Person Programmes)
- No refunds for cancellations made within 45 days of the programme start date
- Domestic candidates:
- 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days of enrolment
- Applies once an offer letter has been issued
- International candidates:
- No refund once a visa letter has been issued
- If your visa is refused by the Home Office, we will refund 50% of the fees, processed within 60 days of receiving official refusal documentation
How to Request a Refund
Please email admin@hts.group with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Course or programme name
- Date of enrolment or offer
- Reason for your request
- Any supporting documents (if applicable)
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- All refund decisions are made in line with our Terms & Conditions
- In some cases, we may offer to defer your enrolment to a future course instead of issuing a refund
- Refunds may be subject to minor deductions for bank or processing fees
