If you do not pass one or more modules within the first three attempts, the module will be locked.
For Individual Course Purchasers: A fee of £10 + VAT per course will be charged to unlock all locked modules within that course.
For Bundle Purchasers: A one-time fee of £50 + VAT will unlock all locked courses within the bundle.
After payment, our admin team will review your request and unlock your modules accordingly. This payment also grants you three additional attempts per course. If you require more attempts beyond this, you will need to purchase the course/bundle again. Please note that this payment is non-refundable.
